About Alexis
The Inner Peace Activist
A leading expert on living your purpose, Alexis has 10+ years experience helping people find peace and freedom within.
A former award-winning strategist in the U.S. government, she teaches you how to create a meaningful, happy life by owning your purpose and igniting the confidence to be your true self.
Alexis received an honors B.A. in Anthropology from the University of Chicago, an honors M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University, a Certificate in Refugee and Humanitarian Emergencies from the Institute for the Study of International Migration at Georgetown University, and a Certificate from the Yale Executive Education Program in Business Strategy and Planning.
In addition to her government service, Alexis has over 700 hours of training and is a certified 500-hour Yoga Teacher with the Yoga Alliance (RYT 500). Her classes inspire students to connect deeply with their bodies and move from a relaxed, inner intelligence. Alexis was given the yoga name Lilashakti, meaning the Power of Divine Play.
